Program Introduction

The HR environment is getting increasingly regulated. Plethora of laws and compliances have been recently introduced, however not many professionals are aware about the same, its risks and implications. Non-compliance of the same can result not only in major Risks for Organizations but also devastating consequences for the individual who are unknowingly responsible for the same.

The EDPLLM is conceived on the basis of industry requirements and feedback from HR professionals to address the above. The program helps individuals not only to understand and interpret the various laws but also and helps in designing HR Strategies and Policies and practical hands on implementation of the same for Compliance. The Case Study and discussion method will enable you to understand in-depth Supreme Court and High Court case rulings and judgements which you can leverage as precedencies in your organizations.

Constitution & Labour Laws – Writs, Prevention Prohibition and Redressal of Women at Work, Sexual Harassment Act
Law of Welfare & Working condition – Factories Act, Shops & Est. (Working Conditions of Software Ind and Service Sectors),
Contract Labour – Out Sourcing, Off Shoring, & On Site Employee Management, HR Legal & Statutory Compliances including Start Ups
Law of Industrial Relations – Trade Union, Collective Bargaining, Industrial Employment (Standing Orders),
